Appointment Cancellation Policy
As part of our commitment to providing accessible, personalized care to all members, we kindly ask that appointments be cancelled or rescheduled with advance notice whenever possible.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your visit, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we may offer that appointment time to another patient in need.
Missed Appointments
We understand that unexpected situations happen. However, repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may impact our ability to provide timely care for all members. In these situations, the practice may charge a missed appointment fee of $50 at the provider’s discretion.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please contact the office as soon as possible. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on the day’s schedule.
