10am to 3pm? I thought afternoon sun is bad. Only morning sun is benificial from what I’ve heard. Afternoon sun is too hot and it will cause higher percentage of skin cancer.

Thanks for your post. I think I have neglected the importance of vitamin D. I do take vitamin C as supplement. But I never take vitamin D. I think I should start to eat more fish and expose to sun accordingly

Great post. I totally agree with you. Vitamin D is essential for our healthy diet. I have been suffering from arthritis and back pains few months ago, and the doctor told me that I lack vitamin D. This vitamin slow the affects of my arthritis and lessen my back pains. And Great to know that Vitamin D does not only help our bones healthy and absorb more calcium, It also helps us prevent certain types of cancer. A great exercise and a balance diet surely adds a vigor to our life. I may despise running early in the morning due to my arthritis but i have found another way. I placed my home gym at our backyard lawn and do some great work out routine under the sunlight. Great isn’t it?
